Orders are dispatched daily (Monday to Saturday). If you wish to receive your order on a selected date or time, you can note it down as a comment during the order submission form or you can contact us by email or telephone (+302810241401) so that you inform our partners about your desire.
All orders that are confirmed by 14:00p.m. (Athens Local Time) from Monday to Saturday and the product is “In stock” in our warehouse, are dispatched the same day, and delivery is based on the delivery option you choose at checkout. Of course, for products that are available within 24 hours, we offer instant delivery by TNT or DHL.
The products that are available “Upon order”, means that they are not immediately available. For this reason, we inform you either via phone call or via e-mail, about the delivery time. Otherwise, if you are not sure about the delivery time before your order, you can contact us.
For orders within Crete and Athens, the delivery takes place exactly the next working day from the dispatch date. In all other areas of Greece, it takes two working days from the day we send your order and for inaccessible areas three working days.
