You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 days from the date you receive it. In case the reason for your return concerns one of the following, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the return has been made with the transport company that delivered the parcel to you:
- If with the proven fault of healthyfeet.gr wrong or defective products were sold or mistakes were made in receiving the order, in the pricing, in the shipping, in the transport, in the packaging, etc.
- If the product has functional or quality defects and is covered by a guarantee from healthyfeet.gr . This provision does not cover products that have third-party warranties, such as from the product manufacturer or his dealer.

One of our partners will record your request and will provide you with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) with which you can send us back the products.
In case the reason for return concerns a mistake of the company healthyfeet.gr, the company undertakes to cover the expenses of the return only if the customer uses the same transport company that delivered the parcel. In case the consumer wishes to return his order without the fault of the company then the shipping costs are borne by the consumer himself. If you wish to receive them from your place to return to the store, we undertake it with an additional charge of 5€ (οnly for areas within Greece). REPLACEMENT / CHANGE
The company provides the right of replacement in case the product you bought is considered defective. In case the consumer wants to change the respective product, he is obliged to return it to the company with a transport company (courier) and to place a new order.
